Traffic disruptions in Picton November 30 for Santa Claus Parade

November 24, 2025

Road closures and restrictions will be in place on Sunday, November 30 from 12:45 pm to 2 pm for the Picton Santa Claus Parade.

  • Picton Main Street will be closed from McFarland Drive to Lake Street.
  • The parade will begin on Picton Main Street at McFarland Drive and end at Lake Street.
  • McFarland Drive and MacSteven Drive will be closed at 12:45 pm as floats muster for the start of the parade. Both streets will re-open once the entire parade has moved out of McFarland Drive.
  • Motorists should expect extensive delays at the intersection of Picton Main Street / Talbot Street / Lake Street and are asked to avoid the area as floats and parade participants disperse at the end of the parade.
