Traffic disruptions in two locations in Picton on August 12

August 10, 2021

Two separate gas service connections on Thursday, August 12 may cause traffic disruptions.

NPL Canada is installing a new gas service connection at 7 John Street in Picton. Traffic disruptions and lane restrictions may occur on John Street between Union Street and Owen Street between 7 am and 7 pm.

NPL Canada is installing a new gas service connection at 48 Talbot Street in Picton. Traffic disruptions and lane restrictions may occur on Talbot Street north of Argyle Crescent between 7 am and 7 pm.

Heavy equipment may limit visibility in both areas and noise levels will be elevated for the duration of the repair. Motorists are asked to avoid the construction area if possible.
