The County of Prince Edward will be installing a replacement culvert on Chase Road on Thursday, October 9.
- Work will take place south of 891 Chase Road in the Environmentally Protected Wetland. A permit has been acquired from Quinte Conservation.
- Work will take place between 7 am and 5:30 pm.
- During this time, the road will be inaccessible, and no traffic will be permitted.
- Local traffic with a civic address 891 and higher must enter from County Road 1.
- Local traffic with a civic address 854 and lower must enter from the Closson Road and Chase Road intersection.
- Heavy equipment may limit visibility in the area and noise levels will be elevated for the duration of the work.
- Motorists are asked to approach the site with caution or avoid the construction area.
