Cobourg Development Services Ltd will be installing municipal infrastructure on Hineman Street including watermain, sewer, asphalt paving, curb, sidewalk, and streetscaping from Monday, November 24 to Friday, December 19.
- Hineman Street will be closed to through traffic from Monday, November 24 at 7 am to Friday, December 19 at 5 pm. This includes the intersection of Hineman Street and Upper Lake Street.
- Local traffic will be permitted.
- Access for residents north of Hineman Street should be made via Lake Street to Upper Lake Street.
- Access for residents south of Hineman Street should be made via Lake Street to Browns Street.
- Heavy equipment may limit visibility in the area and noise levels will be elevated for the duration of the work.
- Motorists are asked to approach the site with caution or avoid the construction area.
