The County of Prince Edward will be relocating the gas main at the intersection of Picton Main Street and McFarland Drive as well as completing a sewer installation from July 22 – 25.
- McFarland Drive will be closed at Main Street while this work is taking place. Local access to the Hospital will be available from McFarland Drive via Macsteven Drive.
- Picton Main Street will remain open.
- Motorists are asked to avoid the construction area and travel alternate routes if possible.
- Heavy equipment may limit visibility in the area and noise levels will be elevated for the duration of the work.
