The agenda for the Planning and Development Committee on Wednesday, April 15 has been updated.
Please note: The statutory public meeting for a consent and rezoning at 1309 County Road 8 (Ward 8 North Marysburgh) has been withdrawn as the application did not meet the legislative posting requirements. Other applications advertised to appear on the agenda will proceed as scheduled.
The meeting will begin at 6 pm at Shire Hall (332 Picton Main Street) with the live stream on the municipality’s YouTube channel. Members of the public who wish to provide comments can do so by contacting clerks@pecounty.on.ca to register.
Statutory public meetings will be held for the following applications:
- A consent and rezoning at 471 Valley Road (Ward 4 Ameliasburgh)
- A consent and rezoning at 209 Tripp Road (Ward 2 Bloomfield/Hallowell)
- A municipally initiated rezoning at 1 Head Street (Ward 1 Picton)
The Planning and Development Committee will consider for decision the following applications:
- A draft plan of condominium at 19538 Loyalist Parkway (Ward 7 Hillier)
- A draft plan of subdivision at Navigation Drive (Ward 4 Ameliasburgh)
- A consent and rezoning at 9 Mowbray Road (Ward 2 Bloomfield/Hallowell)
