The agenda for the Planning and Development Committee on Wednesday, September 16 has been updated.
Please note: File No. 13-T-26-504 – Sterling Group Subdivision has been withdrawn from the agenda as more information is needed from the consultants. Other applications advertised to appear on the agenda will proceed as scheduled.
The meeting will begin at 6 pm at Shire Hall (332 Picton Main Street) with the live stream on the municipality’s YouTube channel. Members of the public who wish to provide comments can do so by contacting clerks@pecounty.on.ca to register.
The Planning and Development Committee will consider for decision the following applications:
- A Consent & Rezoning at Pt Lt 9, Con 1 NBR, Ward 9 (South Marysburgh)
- A Consent & Rezoning at 661 County Road 10, Ward 2 (Bloomfield & Hallowell)
- A Draft Plan of Subdivision at Loyalist Parkway & Lakeside Drive, Ward 4 (Ameliasburgh)
- A Housekeeping Amendment to Comprehensive Zoning By-Law No.140 2025
