In-person public meeting – Lakeside Estates

An in-person public information meeting will take place for the planning applications 13-T-22-501 & Z1-22 Z8-22 (Lakeside Estates).
The County has received applications for a draft plan of subdivision and zoning by-law amendment for a subdivision along Loyalist Parkway and Lakeside Drive in the Ward of Ameliasburgh.
Through these applications, the applicant seeks permission to develop a subdivision with 32 new lots composed of a mixture of single-detached and semi-detached dwellings.
