The Prince Edward Learning Centre and Thrive PEC present a learning series on Land Trusts, Community Bonds and Community Benefit Agreements – ways to increase affordable housing options, buy in to affordable housing building projects and ensure development projects have local employment and skill development baked in.
Join us Monday, January 30 at 10:00am-11:30am at the Wellington & District Community Centre (111 Belleville St, Wellington) for a lean-in and learn with Joshua Barndt of the Parkdale Neighbourhood Land Trust and Nat Pace of the Canadian Network of Land Trusts.
