Looking Ahead: Planning with Data- Free community workshop

The public is invited to explore Prince Edward County’s future through data and dialogue in an interactive Vital Signs workshop with guest speakers on housing, health care and transportation.
Join the municipality, The County Foundation and the Community Safety and Well-being Plan partners on Thursday November 20 from 1 pm – 3 pm at the Rotary Hall inside the Prince Edward Community Centre (375 Picton Main Street) for “Looking Ahead: Planning with Data.”
Participants will gain fresh insights into the trends shaping community well-being and explore what’s next as we adapt to change. This workshop uses Vital Signs data, trends and mapping to spark dialogue on the future of Prince Edward County. Discover how mapping tools are transforming the way we understand our community – revealing patterns and insights that guide better service planning.
Anyone interested in our community’s future is welcome to attend. Whether you’re part of an organization shaping local services or a resident invested in the future of Prince Edward County, this workshop offers valuable insights and a chance to influence what comes next.
What you’ll gain:
- For organizations – Connect Vital Signs data directly to your planning. Identify trends that will impact your programs and services in the next 2-30 years and collaborate on solutions.
- For residents – learn how community well-being is changing and share your ideas for housing, healthcare, transportation and more.
Participants are encouraged to register online in advance to assist with event planning.
