Public Information Centre – Prince Edward County Affordable Housing – Wellington Arena

The County of Prince Edward has received a rezoning and site plan application from the Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation (PECAHC).
PECAHF seeks to construct a residential development on the site of the former Wellington Arena on Niles Street in Wellington. The proposed development would consist of a four-storey apartment building and four rental townhouse units. The apartment would provide 36 rental units for a total of 40 rental units on the site.
