Wellington Arena Demolition Open House

The Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation welcomes the public to attend an Open House about the demolition of the Wellington Arena at 230 Niles Street, Wellington.
The demolition is the first step toward the construction of 40 affordable rental housing units for County residents. Construction starts Summer 2023.
In attendance will be staff from the Housing Corporation as well as Budget Environmental Disposal who will begin their work on the site March 17, 2023.
