Deputation Request Form

Please submit your request for a deputation no later than five (5) working days prior to the applicable meeting. You can view the Council and Committee meeting schedule here.
If your deputation request is confirmed, your summary and/or presentation must be submitted to the Clerk’s Office at clerks@pecounty.on.ca no later than noon four (4) working days prior to the meeting for inclusion on the meeting agenda.
*Please note that failure to meet these deadlines established under the Municipality’s Procedural By-Law may result in your deputation being rescheduled to a later date. In certain cases, Municipal staff may recommend an alternative meeting date for your deputation.

All requests for deputations are reviewed by applicable Municipal staff to ensure compliance with the Procedural By-Law and other applicable by-laws and policies. The Clerk’s Office will contact you with further information and to confirm your deputation if your request satisfies all of the necessary provisions.
The personal information collected on this form is protected under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) and the Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). The information will only be used by Municipal staff to prepare meeting agendas and not be disclosed or used for any other purpose.
