SP-03-22- Vonteichman & Portman (The Eddy)
The County has received application for Site Plan Control at 15786 Loyalist Parkway. The Site Plan Control Application proposes to make an addition to the existing farm house to permit 16 additional suites as permitted in the RU1-118 Zone. Prior to the addition being permitted a Site Plan Control Agreement is required to be entered into amongst other conditions outlined in the RU1-118 Zone.
