The County of Prince Edward has received an application to remove the site specific Urban Commercial Exception 30 (UC-30) Zone and rezone the property to the standard Urban Commercial (UC) Zone.
The purpose of the Rezoning is to remove the site specific zone that was requested in 2009. The UC-30 Zone included site specific provisions related to former development plans that are no longer intended for the site.
