The County has received an application for Rezoning to rezone the properties owned by Sterling Homes, located north of the intersection of Consecon Street and Wellington Main Street. Through the proposed Rezoning, the applicants are seeking to rezone the property to accommodate 253 dwelling units.
A statutory public meeting for this application is scheduled for Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 7 pm.
