The upcoming holidays will result in schedule changes for both curbside waste collection and landfill and transfer sites.
Curbside garbage, green bin, and recycling collection in Ameliasburgh Ward will occur on Saturday, December 26 instead of Friday, December 25 and on Saturday, January 2 instead of Friday, January 1.
Please have your garbage, green bins, and properly sorted blue box materials at the curb by 7 am on your regular or alternate holiday collection day.
All landfill and transfer sites in Prince Edward County will be closed on Saturday, December 26 due to the statutory holiday.
The Picton site will be open on Wednesday, December 30 from 8 am – 4 pm. All landfill and transfer sites will be open on Saturday, January 2.
