Residents are advised that a section of Head Street in Picton will be closed on Tuesday, April 21 through Wednesday, April 22 due to the installation of the new fuel dock.
The closure will affect the majority of the property located at 1 Head Street. During this time:
- On‑site parking for trailers and vehicles will not be permitted.
- The boat launch will be inaccessible.
Pedestrian access may be temporarily disrupted, particularly for those using the boardwalk and the waterfront pathway. The County will make every effort to maintain safe pedestrian access around the work area.
This installation is part of ongoing preparations for the Marina’s scheduled general opening on May 2, 2026, with a soft opening on May 1, 2026, offering limited services including fuel and pump-outs.
