Local Tourism
Picton Harbour sits right in the middle of Prince Edward County. From the dock, you’re a short walk from Main Street Picton and a quick drive from the wineries, beaches and cycling routes the County is known for.
Wine & Dining
Over 40 wineries operate along the County’s wine route, and Main Street Picton has a solid stretch of restaurants, cafés and independent shops within walking distance of the marina.
Beaches
Sandbanks Provincial Park is about 20 minutes by car. The freshwater sandbar beaches there draw people from across Ontario every summer. The bay itself is good for paddling and fishing right from the harbour.
Events & Culture
The County runs a full calendar from May through October. Farmers’ markets, music festivals, arts events and heritage programming are on most weekends during the season. The marina office posts local event info, or you can browse the full calendar at visitthecount.ca.
