The County has received an application for Minor Variance to permit a garage that has already been constructed. The application proposes to vary Section 4.1.4.2 of the County’s Zoning By-Law to increase the maximum height for an accessory building from the regulated 5 metres to the proposed 6.58 metres. The application also proposes to reduce the minimum front yard setback requirement from the required 15 metres to the proposed 10.27 metres. The application also proposes to reduce the minimum interior side yard setback requirement from the required 3 metres to the proposed 2.74 metres.
