The County has received an application for Minor Variance to reduce lot area, lot frontage, exterior side yard setback and parking requirements for a future development that backs onto Aletha Drive.  The owner is seeking to construct compact detached dwellings where townhouses were previously proposed and is seeking relief from requirements that apply to detached dwellings in this portion of the property.
