The County of Prince Edward has received a minor variance application to reduce the parking requirement for a takeout restaurant from 5 parking spaces to 3 parking spaces at 168 County Road 29, and to vary Section 4.1.1c(ii) to allow for a satellite parking area to be under a different ownership. The satellite parking area providing three spaces for the use is located at 184 County Road 29.
