The County has received an application for a Minor Variance to allow the construction of a new second dwelling unit. The Application proposes to vary Section 4.35.t of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to permit the conversion of an existing accessory building to a second dwelling unit by reducing the required rear yard setback for the Rural Residential 1 (RR1) Zone. The subject lands are located north of 969 County Road 18 in the Ward of Athol.
