The County of Prince Edward has received an application for Consent and Rezoning to sever off a lot addition from 829 and 841 County Road 13 to benefit 847 County Road 13. The severed lands will be rezoned to match the Zoning of the property at 847 County Road 13. The proposed lot addition contains a geothermal loop that services 847 County Road 13.
