The County has received applications for two Technical Consents and Rezoning to sever lands from vacant property along County Road 24 (Lot 41, Registered Compiled Plan No. 3) and add them as lot additions to 1515 County Road 24 (Lot 36 RCP No. 3) and 1601 County Road 24 (Lot 5 RCP No. 3). The severed lands are 1007 square metres and 1117 square metres respectively and will provide direct lot frontage onto County Road 24 for each of the already developed benefitting properties. The reconfigured benefitting parcels will be rezoned to the Special Rural Residential 2 (RR2-XX) Zone to remove the existing Holding -H symbols, recognize the parcels as lots, and to recognize a minimum lot frontage of 45 metres.
