B5-26 & Z8-26 – Tudor, Tudor & Marcotte

The Municipality has received an application for Consent & Rezoning for the property located at 1763 County Road 19. The application is intended to facilitate the severance of a new residential lot from the northeast corner of the property. The proposed severed lot has an area of approximately one hectare and the proposed retained lot an area of approximately 20 hectares. The severed lot is to be rezoned for rural residential use and the retained lot is to remain zoned for rural use.
