The H.J. McFarland Park boat launch will be closed on Wednesday, August 24.
The closure will allow County staff to perform maintenance work on the launch area, including attaching a concrete cap onto the pier which connects to the dock. This work was to be completed on August 23, but due to unforeseen weather conditions, construction has been extended to August 24.
The boat launch will reopen for public use on Thursday, August 25.
