The Ministry of Transportation (MTO) will provide a presentation about the Highway 62 and County Road 1 intersection improvements study during the Planning and Development Committee meeting on Wednesday, January 24 at 7 pm.
The presentation will give Council the opportunity to ask questions about the preferred alternative for improving the intersection.
The public will have the same chance on Thursday, January 25 during the second Public Information Centre at the Wellington and District Community Centre (111 Belleville Street) from 4-7 pm.
Other items on the Planning and Development Committee meeting agenda include:
- Statutory public meetings for a rezoning application in Ameliasburgh Ward as well as a plan of subdivision and zoning by-law amendment in Ameliasburgh Ward
- A staff report on the road assumption by-law
- Several items approved under the designated authority of the Chief Administrative Officer
