The County of Prince Edward municipal offices will be closed on Friday, July 1 for the Canada Day holiday.
Offices will reopen on Monday, July 4 at 8:30 am.
Garbage and recycling collection
- Curbside garbage, green bin, and recycling pickup service will occur in Ameliasburgh Ward on Friday, July 1 according to the regular schedule.
- Environmental 360 Solutions and Quinte Waste Services remind residents to have their garbage, green bin, and properly sorted blue boxes out to the curb by 7 am to ensure pickup. Click here to view the recycling and garbage collection schedules.
- The County’s landfill and transfer stations will be open regular hours on Saturday, July 2. Visit The County website for more information.
Wellington and District Community Centre
The walking track at the Wellington and District Community Centre will be closed on Friday, July 1. The track will re-open on Monday, July 4 and operate on the summer schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 2 pm.
