The County of Prince Edward will be accepting old Christmas trees for disposal.
- Christmas trees can be taken to the Milford, Sophiasburgh, Hillier and Ameliasburgh landfills and transfer sites for disposal.
- Trees may be dropped off at the landfills on Saturdays between 8 am – 4 pm.
- Single trees under 8 feet will be accepted at no charge under the current fees and charges schedule.
- Trees over 8 feet, or large quantities of trees, will be subject to the fee schedule as per the County’s Fees and Charges By-law (No. 192-2022).
