Municipal offices closed August 2

July 29, 2021

The County of Prince Edward municipal offices will be closed on Monday, August 2 for the Civic holiday.

Offices will reopen on Tuesday, August 3 at 9 am.

The walking track at the Wellington and District Community Centre will be closed on Monday, August 2.

Garbage and recycling collection

  • Recycling collection will occur on Monday, August 2 according to the regular schedule.
  • Curbside garbage, green bin, and recycling pickup service will not be impacted the remainder of the week (August 3-6).
  • Environmental 360 Solutions and Quinte Waste Services remind residents to have their garbage, green bin, and properly sorted blue boxes out to the curb by 7 am to ensure pickup. Click here to view the recycling and garbage collection schedules.
  • The County’s landfill and transfer stations will be open regular hours on Saturday, July 31. Visit The County website for more information.
