On Wednesday, February 21, the Planning and Development Committee will hold a meeting pursuant to Sections 34 & 53 of the Planning Act.

A combined statutory public meeting and decision meeting will take place for the following applications:

  • Zoning File No.: Z3-23 – Sterling Homes – 380 Wellington Main Street – Parcel One – Lot 59A, 210A Plan 8 Wellington Hillier; Part Lot 59, 210E Plan 8 Wellington Hillier as in PE79434 (Secondly, Thirdly) except Part 2 47R7146, Parcel Two – Part Lot 210F Plan 8 Wellington Hillier as in PE79434 (Fourthly), Parcel Three – Part Lot 200 Plan 8 Wellington Hillier as in PE175426 (Parcel Two) South of Canadian National Railway subject to WL4304; Ward 3 (Wellington) – rezone the property to permit future development of 253 dwellings in a mixture of built forms. The meeting will take place at Shire Hall (332 Picton Main Street) beginning at 7 pm.

The public is invited to participate either in-person, virtually, or through written comments submitted to the respective planner prior to the meeting.

Members of the public who wish to speak at the public meeting, either in-person or virtually, can register by contacting clerks@pecounty.on.ca by noon on Tuesday, February 20. Upon registering to speak at the meeting, members of the public will be emailed instructions on attending the meeting in person or a unique link and directions for participating in the meeting via Zoom.
