A public information meeting for the Cold Creek Subdivision in Hallowell Ward will be held on Tuesday, July 30.
The meeting will begin at 6 pm at the Sergeants Mess Hall at Base31 (26-343 County Road 22).

- Single-detached dwellings
- Semi-detached dwellings
- Townhouse dwellings
- Staked townhouse dwellings
- Back-to-back townhouse dwellings
- Apartment buildings
Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting are asked to register by contacting Matthew Coffey, Planning Approvals, Coordinator, at mcoffey@pecounty.on.ca by noon on Monday, July 29. If you have any questions regarding the location or format of the public meeting, please contact Mr. Coffey.

This public meeting is an information meeting only. Public information meetings are held as part of the current planning application process.
At a public information meeting, the proponent/agent will present the proposal. If any member of the public would like to ask questions or make comments, they will be able to do so after the presentation by the applicant.
The statutory public meeting required under the Planning Act will be a Planning Committee meeting and would only be held after the public information meeting and when the assigned County planner has completed an analysis of the project.
