From running Roots Kitchen to championing student nutrition at the Hastings-Prince Edward Learning Foundation, Kerri Cooper brings her passion for food and dignity to her work with the HPE Learning Foundation. Hear how she made the transition from for-profit to not-for-profit. Learn why feeding students fuels entire communities, and how professionals and volunteers alike can play a part. A talk for anyone who believes food is the start of opportunity.
