Statutory Public Meeting for Official Plan Amendment – Shore Land Designation

The County of Prince Edward is proposing Amendment No. 8 to the municipality’s Official Plan.
The purpose of Amendment No. 8 is to redesignate areas of the Shore Land designation (as shown on Schedule A of the Official Plan) to Rural or Agricultural where there is overlap with Natural Features and Areas (as shown on Schedule B of the Official Plan).
The Planning and Development Committee will meet its requirements for holding a public meeting for this Official Plan amendment on Wednesday, January 22.
The meeting will begin at 7 pm at Shire Hall (332 Picton Main Street, Picton).
