The County has received an application for rezoning to facilitate the development of a finished goods storage building within the Home Hardware site in Picton. Through the proposed rezoning, the owner is seeking to rezone the northwest and northeast portions of the property from Future Development to Special Highway Commercial (CH-46) Zone and to reduce the parking requirement applicable to the site as a whole from 160 to 135.
