The County has received a Zoning By-law Amendment application to rezone the property located on 1874 County Road 12.
The proposed rezoning is being sought to facilitate a Tourist Commercial establishment and recognize an area of archaeological significance.
Currently zoned as Rural 1 (RU1), the proposal seeks to rezone the property to Tourist Commercial (TC) Zone and Special Tourist Commercial Holding (TC-x-H) Zone.
