Z4-24 (Mason and Kralits)

The County has received a Zoning By-law Amendment application to rezone lands at 1601 County Road 24 in Athol Ward.

The application proposes to change the zoning from the Special Rural Residential 2 (RR2-63-H) Holding Zone to the Special Rural Residential 2 (RR2-161) Zone.

The special provisions will recognize that the property has no frontage on a road and is accessed by a right-of-way from County Road 24. The special provisions will also permit a minimum front yard of 11.5 metres.

The effect will be to permit the construction of a detached garage.
