The purpose of this application is to request a Zoning By-law amendment to permit a residential development.
The development would contain two five-storey apartment buildings, with 78 units each, for a total of 156 units.
In addition to the apartment buildings, the development is slated to feature surface and underground parking, access to the municipal road and servicing network, and landscaped areas.
