The applications are seeking to amend the Rossmore Secondary Plan, approve a Draft Plan of Subdivision and approve zoning by-law amendment filed with the County of Prince Edward.
The purpose of the applications is to facilitate the creation of 11 single-detached dwellings through the creation of Street ‘A’. A full temporary cul-de-sac turnaround will be located at the western terminus of the new Street ‘A’ to provide future access to the remainder of the Neighbourhood Development Area.
