The County has received applications for a Draft Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendment to create 319 single family dwellings, 65 link homes, 145 townhomes and 140 units within mid rise buildings, to be accessed by new public roads. The subject site is located on the east side of Consecon Street, north of the Millennium Trail in the Ward of Wellington.
