County to share draft recommendations for transportation and cycling plans November 25

November 23, 2020

Draft recommendations for the transportation and cycling master plans will be presented at a virtual public information session on Wednesday, November 25.

The presentation will start at 7 pm followed by an opportunity to ask questions of the consultant team.

The County has been working on these separate but connected long-range projects over the past year. The recommendations and findings from the Cycling Master Plan will be integrated into the Transportation Master Plan to support the County’s vision for an integrated, accessible, and multi-modal transportation system.

Earlier public information sessions were held back in August. The consultants incorporated the feedback received, completed technical analyses, and developed a set of draft recommendations that will be shared on November 25.

The upcoming information session will be recorded and posted online for those who cannot attend the meeting.

Visit Have Your Say for more information about the plans and the details on how to attend the virtual information session. If you have questions or concerns, contact John Gooding (TMP Lead) at jgooding@pecouty.on.ca or 613.476.2148 extension 2033 or Emily Cowan, (CMP Lead) at ecowan@pecounty.on.ca or 613.813.0905.
