A1-26 - Nicholas Street Homes

The County of Prince Edward has received an Application for Minor Variance for the lands known municipally as 5-31 Nicholas Street, in the Ward of Picton. The purpose of the Minor Variance Application is to vary the following sections of By-law 1816-2006:

1) Vary Section R3-68 (c) xii. c, which requires a minimum parking space of 1 space per apartment dwelling unit to 0.91 spaces per unit. 

2) Vary section R3-68 (c) vi, which requires a minimum distance of 1.8 metres for a parking area from a public right of way to 0 metres. 

The proposed variances are intended to rectify deficiencies that were not addressed through the previous Zoning By-law Amendment Application and an additional variance related to parking.
