The County of Prince Edward has received a minor variance application for 287 Sunrise Drive. The purpose of the application is to adjust the interior side-yard setback from 3 m to 2.2 m, to increase the lot coverage from 15% to 17% and to adjust the floodplain setback from 15 m to 0 m to permit the rebuilding of a single detached dwelling.
