The County of Prince Edward has received an Application for Minor Variance for the lands known municipally as 1315, 1329, and 1357 County Road 7 in the Ward of North Marysburgh. The application has been submitted concurrently with an application for Consent to create one (1) new lot. The Application for Minor Variance proposes to reduce the minimum required lot area within the Rural (RU) Zone from 10 hectares to 6.2 hectares, for the proposed retained lot.
