The County has received an application for a Zoning By-law Amendment to rezone the property from Rural Residential (RR) Zone, Rural (RU) Zone and Environmental Protection (EP) Zone to a Special Tourist Commercial Holding (TC-XX-H) Zone and Special Environmental Protection (EP-XX) Zone.
The purpose of the application is to permit the establishment of a tourist commercial resort consisting of a main villa and individual accomodation buildings.
The subject lands are located at 1315, 1329 and 1357 County Road 7 in the Ward of North Marysburgh.
