The County has received an application for a Zoning By-law Amendment to rezone the property from Rural Residential 1(RR1) Zone, Rural Residential 2 (RR2) Zone, Rural 1 (RU1) Zone and Environmental Protection (EP) Zone to Site-Special Tourist Commercial (TC) Zone and Site-Specific Environmental Protection (EP) Zone. The purpose of the application is to permit the establishment of a tourist commercial resort consisting of: a main villa, a winery, a teahouse, an art gallery and individual accommodation buildings. The subject lands are located at 1315, 1329 and 1357 County Road 7 in the Ward of North Marysburgh.
