The County has received an application for Technical Consent and Rezoning to sever a lot addition from 1346 County Road 12 to benefit 1364 County Road 12. The 491 square metre lot addition contains a portion of the septic system for the benefitting property as well as a portion of the dwelling. The lot addition will address these enroachments.
