Lands for Sale and Surplus Lands

Surplus Lands

From time to time municipal staff identify parcels of land that are no longer needed by the municipality. Following an in-depth review, the parcels of land are presented to Council for consideration to declare surplus to the needs of the municipality.

The lands listed below have been designated surplus to the needs of the municipality but are not yet listed for sale. For a full description of the surplus of land procedure please view Section 9, Declaration Section of Surplus Land, in Policy CSPI-08 Sales or Disposition of Land.

The below list of surplus lands can be viewed using the County’s geographic information system (GIS). When you open the GIS public viewer, search for the property using the roll number. Inquiries pertaining to surplus lands may be directed to Grace Nyman, Community Programs Coordinator at 613.476.2148 extension 2502 or email gnyman@pecounty.on.ca.
