The Planning and Development Committee will hold a meeting pursuant to Sections 34, 51 and 53 of the Planning Act on Wednesday, September 18.
A combined statutory public meeting and decision meeting will take place for the following applications:
Application #1
- Address: The property is located north of Sandy Hook Road, south of the Millenium Trail, and west of Upper Lake Street (Ward 2 Bloomfield/Hallowell)
- Applicant: 2422092 Ontario Ltd. (David Cleave)
- Purpose: The result of this application would be the development of a multi-phase subdivision with single-detached, semi-detached, townhouse, stacked townhouse, back-to-back townhouse dwellings, and apartment buildings.

Meeting Details / How to Participate
The meeting will take place at Shire Hall (332 Picton Main Street) beginning at 7 pm.
The public is invited to participate either in-person, virtually, or through written comments submitted to the respective planner prior to the meeting.
Members of the public who wish to speak at the public meeting, either in-person or virtually, are encouraged to register by contacting clerks@pecounty.on.ca by noon on Tuesday, September 17. Upon registering to speak at the meeting, members of the public will be emailed instructions on attending the meeting in person or a unique link and directions for participating in the meeting via Zoom.
