Canada Day in Wellington

The Canada Day Parade on Wellington Main Street begins at 10:30 am with the route starting at the Wellington and District Community Centre (111 Belleville Street) and finishing at Consecon Street.
Parade participants are needed! If you are interested in participating in the parade please contact Brenda Little at brenda.little20@gmail.com.
There will also be entertainment in the park starting around 11:30 am featuring the County Ukulele Band, the Acapella Quinte Barbershop Group and more!
The Wellington Rotary Club will host a rib dinner in the park, and St. Andrew’s Anglican Church will have a lawn sale and lunch on its lawn.
The Wellington United Church (243 Wellington Main Street Wellington) will have its annual Strawberry Social from 9:30 am until they sell out. Hosted this year in collaboration with the Wellington Community Market, the event will take place in the Wellington United Church parking lot. Cost is $8 per person or $5 for ages 10 and under. Come early! They always sell out!
There will also be the Annual Friends of the Wellington Library Book Sale happening from 9:30am to 2pm at the Wellington Library.
